About These Terms

Right, these Terms and Conditions (or 'Terms' for short) explain the rules for using the services provided by Clarity Mark UK. We're a brand consultancy based at 56 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5JF, UK. When you agree to work with us, you're agreeing to these Terms. They're here to make sure everyone knows where they stand. If anything in here doesn't make sense, just ask.

What We Do

Clarity Mark UK helps businesses with international brand positioning and developing a Unique Selling Proposition (USP). This means we help your brand get noticed worldwide and figure out what makes it truly special. We'll agree on the specific services for your project in a separate proposal or agreement. We'll always aim to give you honest, practical advice to achieve your goals.

What We Need From You

For us to do our best work, we need your help. This includes giving us accurate information about your business, making decisions in good time, and providing feedback. Good communication helps everything run smoothly. You'll also need to make sure you have the right to use any information or materials you give us.

How We Handle Payments

Details about our fees and payment schedules will be clearly laid out in the project proposal we send you. We usually ask for payments by bank transfer. If you're late with a payment, we might pause work until it's sorted. All prices will be in British Pounds (GBP) unless we agree otherwise. We'll always be upfront about costs, no surprises.

Our Work, Your Brand

When we create branding strategies, unique messages, or workshop materials for your project, the final work that you pay for will be yours. You'll get the rights to use it for your business. We keep the rights to our general methods and tools we use to do our job. Any materials you give us remain yours. We're here to help you build your brand, not take it over.

Keeping Things Private

We know your business information is important. We promise to keep all sensitive details you share with us confidential. We won't share it with anyone outside our team unless you give us permission or if the law says we have to. This applies to our discussions, strategies, and any data we work on together.

Limits to Our Responsibility

We always do our best to give you sound, practical advice based on our expertise. However, we can't guarantee specific results or profits for your business. The success of your brand also depends on many things outside our control, like your product, market changes, and your own efforts. We are responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill, but we won't be liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Ending Our Agreement

Either you or Clarity Mark UK can end our agreement, usually by giving a certain amount of notice as set out in our project proposal. If a project is cancelled early, you'll need to pay for any work we've already done up to that point. We hope it doesn't come to this, but it's good to know how things would work.

Which Law Applies

These Terms and any agreement between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disagreements will be handled by the courts in England. We believe in sorting things out fairly and openly, but if it comes to it, English law will be the guide.

Updating These Terms

We might need to update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll put the new version on our website and update the 'Last Updated' date. For ongoing projects, we'll let you know directly about any significant changes. It's a good idea to check back here now and then to stay in the loop.
